VIBE XXI danced its way through Segerstrom Center For The Arts in Costa Mesa, California last night earning Ganmi (Japan) a 1st place victory! As you can see below, the crew from Japan kept it clean with their choreography and blessed the crowd with a nice story to go along with it.
As always have to shout out Gerald Nonato for always putting in work to film , edit, and upload these videos documenting the community of choreography dance! Not to mention his other projects! Props brotha!
Runner-ups ACA from UCLA came with a variety of styles on top of more cleanliness.
Lastly, Chapkis Dance Family who are always giving some quick movements followed by that Bay Area swag brought an international feeling to the stage with music from around the world.
One of the strongest performances of the night came from Covina’s GRV! Some may say their sharp performance and intricate choreography could’ve put them in one of the top 3. Watch (explicit lyrics)
Even without the amazing couple, Keone and Mari, Choreo Cookies always bring happiness and joy to the VIBE stage.
